At onelovestore, we are committed to providing exceptional lawn care services that meet or exceed your expectations. While lawn care services cannot be returned in the traditional sense, we stand behind our work with a comprehensive satisfaction guarantee and fair refund policy.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction with every service we provide. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of our work, you must notify us within seven days of the service date. We will assess the concern and take appropriate action, which may include re-performing the service at no additional charge, applying a credit to your account, or providing a partial or full refund as circumstances warrant.

Reporting Service Concerns

To ensure we can address any issues promptly and effectively, please report service concerns as soon as possible. You can contact us by phone, email, or through our website contact form. When reporting a concern, please provide specific details about the issue, including the service date, the nature of the problem, and any relevant photographs if applicable. This information helps us evaluate the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided under the following circumstances: services that were paid for but not performed due to our cancellation or inability to deliver, services that did not meet the scope of work outlined in your service agreement despite our good faith efforts, or prepaid services for which you provided proper cancellation notice before the service was performed. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval through your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Certain situations do not qualify for refunds. These include services that have been completed according to the agreed scope of work, dissatisfaction due to factors beyond our control such as extreme weather conditions, pest infestations, or pre-existing lawn diseases, requests made more than 30 days after service completion, or cancellations without proper notice as specified in your service agreement. We cannot provide refunds for natural lawn variations or outcomes that depend on factors outside our control.

Service Plan Adjustments

If you wish to modify your service plan, add or remove services, or adjust the frequency of visits, please contact us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled service. We will work with you to customize a plan that better meets your needs and budget. Changes to your service agreement may affect your monthly billing amount.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service agreement with 30 days written notice. For annual contracts, early cancellation may be subject to a fee as specified in your service agreement. Any services performed during the notice period must be paid for regardless of cancellation. Refunds for prepaid services are calculated on a prorated basis for the unused portion of your service period.

Weather-Related Service Delays

We may postpone scheduled services due to inclement weather to protect your lawn and ensure worker safety. Rescheduled services are typically performed within the same week, and no refunds are provided for weather-related delays. Your monthly service fee remains unchanged regardless of minor schedule adjustments due to weather conditions.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding our services or billing that cannot be resolved through normal channels, we encourage you to contact our management team directly. We are committed to finding fair and reasonable solutions to all legitimate concerns. Most disputes can be resolved through open communication and good faith negotiation.
